my supporters

  • british sailing team

I’ve been lucky to have been part of the British Sailing Team since I was 18 years old. The incredible support from management, our coaches, and the whole support team is what helps make our Olympic dreams a reality. My time in the team has crossed over with some giants in our sports, including the likes of Hannah Mills and Giles Scott. To be in the same training environment as athletes such as these had a huge impact on my sailing career.

  • Sailingfast

Sailingfast is a family run watersports business who has been supporting me with the best equipment available since 2021. Duncan and Emma have been incredible- always going above the beyond to get sailing products delivered as fast as possible. They may be based in Scotland but they are constantly travelling across the UK, putting their customers first, and there is rarely a UK event where I don’t get to have a face to face catch up with them.

  • Musto

Musto has been the clothing sponsor for the British Sailing Team for the best part of a decade. We get to work with them closely to develop the best high performance sailing gear, providing us with the winning edge on the water.

  • Intego Pro

Sailing involves spending hours on the water, often in places much sunnier than the UK! Before Intego Pro I suffered from high UV and often found it didn’t matter how many layers of suncream I put on- it would always wash off on the water. Step in Intego Pro. The suncream brand created a product specifically keeping sports athletes in mind. I never go on the water without it!

  • Waldringfield Sailing Club

I grew up sailing at Waldringfield Sailing Club throughout my junior and youth career and have been lucky enough to represent them on the international stage. A family focused club on the East coast of the UK I have so many fond memories learning to sail on the River Deben.

  • Andrew Simpson Foundation

Over the last few years, I have had the opportunity to support the Performance Academy at the Andrew Simpson Centre through coaching. Most recently I attended the ILCA 6 Youth Europeans in Ballyholme, Ireland where I supported both female and male youth sailors for training and then competing. I also supported this amazing charity at their recent fundraising evening in London. It was incredible to hear about the work they do to get people, who wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity, on the water. The power of our sport is massive, and charities such as these are incredibly important to support.

  • Santander Sports Scholar at the University of Bath

I attended the University of Bath to study psychology from 2018-2022. I chose Bath not only because of their prestigious psychology department but also because of the support they give to athletes. As well as having access to some of the best sports facilities in the country, I was also a recipient of the Santander Sports Scholarship. The scholarship went a huge way towards supporting my early career, helping fund my training camps abroad.

  • uk sport and the national lottery

I have been a recipient of UK Sport funding from the national lottery since the age of 18. Frankly, the level at which we train and compete would not be possible without it. The financial support allows me to be a full time athlete, committing all my time towards winning an Olympic gold medal.
