I offer talks for businesses, sailing clubs and sports groups. My experiences as an athlete have developed skills in mental resilience, discipline, teamwork and tracking progress. I’m also extremely passionate about championing females. As a female in sailing I've learnt to become confident to challenge inequalities I see and would love to share my lessons of how to become empowered in order to excel in male dominated fields. I am available for private individual and group coaching. I have experience coaching different classes at all levels, ranging from club training to international events.
